I began creating subliminals in 2016, exploring how sound, energy, and words of affirmation influence both the subconscious and the physical body. In 2020, I officially launched Lay Subliminals after years of practice, study, and a deep desire to help people reshape their reality from within.
After many years of creating and studying how the mind responds to sound, I’ve learned that everyone can experience change. My work exists to make that shift accessible to anyone, at any age, in any stage of life.
